Description

Level-Up Sister is a signature leadership and career development program of the Cloud Family Foundation that empowers young women ages 17–24, including high school seniors, college students, and early-career professionals. The program is designed to equip participants with the confidence, leadership abilities, professional connections, and practical knowledge needed to thrive in higher education, the workforce, and their personal lives. Through engaging experiences and meaningful interactions, participants are encouraged to recognize their potential and develop the skills necessary to become future leaders in their communities and professions. 

At its core, Level-Up Sister exists to inspire young women to build confidence and self-esteem while strengthening their leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. The program prepares participants for college and professional careers by exposing them to successful women leaders, mentors, and role models who share their experiences and guidance. By fostering authentic mentorship and expanding professional networks, the program helps participants gain access to opportunities and relationships that can positively influence their educational and career journeys. 

Participants experience a full day of interactive leadership and professional development through workshops, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. Sessions focus on leadership development, career readiness, workplace expectations, personal branding, and effective communication, while also emphasizing resilience, goal setting, and personal growth. Throughout the summit, participants connect with accomplished women from business, education, healthcare, government, engineering, entrepreneurship, and other industries, creating lasting relationships and practical skills that continue to benefit them long after the program concludes.
