Summer Rest & Refresh: A Mental Health & Wellness Experience Date: 8/22/26 Time: 9:00 am- 12 noon,

Activities: Instructor-led yoga, therapist-facilitated ed workshop/reflective journaling, expressive creativity. Life can be demanding, leaving little time to slow down, breathe, and care for yourself.
