Through her leadership coaching and investor-readiness services, Nikki supports goal-driven professionals in building sustainable pathways toward growth, financial stability, and community impact.

Nikki provides market research, deal analysis, systems setup, and project management for new and emerging real estate investors while also offering burnout recovery, leadership development, and confidence coaching through Unbothered Resistance International.
