She is a CDL State Examiner and the Founder of Gorgeous TruckHers Inc., a nonprofit created to help people build stable careers in transportation—especially those who are unsure where to start or who come from challenging backgrounds.

Mia’s training style is tough love with a soft touch: she’s honest, direct, and big on accountability, but she teaches with patience, encouragement, and real support. She understands how the lack of a strong support system can impact someone who wants more out of life—because talent isn’t the problem, isolation is.
