I’m Mia Robinson, a transportation professional with more than 23 years of experience in trucking, driver safety, DOT compliance, CDL training, and workforce development. I founded Gorgeous TruckHERS Inc. because I know that sometimes people don’t need another person telling them what they can’t do—they need someone to help them understand where to start, what steps to take, and how to keep moving forward.

Through Gorgeous TruckHERS, I help individuals explore and prepare for sustainable careers in transportation through mentorship, career navigation, CDL and ELDT education, driver readiness, safety training, and workforce development programs. I’m especially passionate about supporting women, youth, career changers, underserved communities, and individuals who may be rebuilding their lives or simply looking for a better opportunity.

My approach is simple: real information, honest guidance, accountability, and genuine support. Gorgeous TruckHERS was created to be more than a training resource—we are a cheering section, a connection point, and a place where people can gain the confidence and preparation needed to move forward.
