Rally is Central Florida’s civic innovation platform, where social entrepreneurs, residents, and institutions collaborate to source, co-create, test, and scale solutions to the region’s most pressing challenges. Through its Living Lab strategy, Rally transforms Central Florida into a real-world testbed for innovation—advancing measurable progress in housing, health, mobility, sustainability, and economic opportunity.

At the core of Rally’s ecosystem are programs like the Social Enterprise Accelerator, Co-Creation Labs, and Scale Up coaching, which equip founders with tools, mentorship, and pilot opportunities to validate and grow impact-driven ventures. Since 2017, Rally has supported more than 100 entrepreneurs, helped alumni raise over $40 million, and created hundreds of local jobs. Supported by partners including the City of Orlando, Orange County Government, and 4Roots Farm Campus, Rally drives regional collaboration and builds a replicable model of community-rooted innovation for the world.
