True Health, a private, non-profit 501 (c)(3) community health center, has been serving low-income, uninsured, underinsured, and underserved populations in Central Florida since 1977. We operate ten neighborhood health centers in Orange, Seminole, and Volusia Counties. Annually we proudly serve nearly 50,000 unduplicated patient. Services include adult and pediatric family practice, obstetrics and gynecology, dentistry, podiatry, behavioral health, pharmacy, laboratory, and X-ray services. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we offer a sliding fee scale to those that are uninsured, we accept Medicare and Medicaid, and over 25 major health and HMO insurance plans. Payment plans are also available ensuring that everyone has access to high-quality healthcare.
