About

Dr. Trivia R. Coley is a licensed physical therapist and the founder of VytalFlo Rehab Solutions, a boutique, Black-owned physical therapy practice in Orlando, Florida. She specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, oncology and breast cancer recovery, and comprehensive lymphedema care, with more than 16 years of experience serving patients across Central Florida.

Originally from Dublin, Georgia, Dr. Coley first discovered physical therapy in high school and went on to earn a basketball scholarship to Brewton-Parker College, where she completed her B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She later graduated from Florida A&M University as part of its inaugural Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) class. Over her career, she has worked in home health, outpatient orthopedics, acute care, and skilled nursing before focusing her expertise on oncology and lymphedema programs at major health systems in the Orlando area.

As a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) and Manual Therapy Certified (MTC) practitioner, Dr. Coley is passionate about helping cancer survivors, adults with chronic swelling, and active individuals move with less pain and more confidence. At VytalFlo, she uses a cash-based, one-on-one care model that removes insurance barriers and allows for highly personalized, evidence-based treatment. Her mission is to “restore flow, elevate strength, and redefine possibilities” for every person she serves.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Coley enjoys spending time with her family, making candles, and sharing educational content about cancer rehab, lymphedema, and holistic movement with the Central Florida community.
